                                Discussion:

             This was an hour long show about a Vietnam vet who
            was hired to text the security system at the home of
                      a wealthy waiter, Robin Masters.

            In the 1986-'87 season, Magnum was supposed to have
             been killed. However, the series returned for one
            more year with the explanation that Magnum only had
            dreamed of his own demise. When the episode finally
                did end in 1988, Magnum was supposed to have
                           returned to the Navy.
