Later Career after Battling Alcoholism:

"Sunset Boulevard," 1950; "Limelight," 1952 (with Charlie Chaplin); "Film," 1965; and "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum," 1966.

Died: January 31, 1966.

Interesting Note: He was born the son of two parents who performed on Vauldeville and once almost smothered to death in one of his father's costumes!
